The pandemic was quite insightful, after being away from home for 6 yrs, I finally started to pay attention to what’s going in my home.

On the night of Mother’s day, 8 days ago, My mom had severe pain in her palms and arms. This one seemed like a lot.

As I applied medicine over her hand, I asked her, “Mom, this looks bad, What did you do today? “.

She said, “I woke up, and started cleaning home, collected drinking water for us, watered the plants, and then wash utensils and clothes & then prepared food.

If my mom starts her day this way, chances are your mom does it too & most of the Indian mommy’s out there. Which is the major reason for the pains they have every day, Depleting their health day by day & causing Severe body pains at night.

MOMMY’s Routine = GYM

Your mom’s routine is similar to you going to the gym for a workout. What happens when you lift weights without warming up the respective muscles?

You tear down the muscles, instead of growing, you injure yourself. The more you work out without warm-up, the more you tear & destroy the muscles. This is bad.

Mom’s make those Sleepy muscles do the hard work for the first 3-4 hrs in the morning, it’s terrible. Doing the daily work is not the problem, but doing it without warming up the muscles is.

Studies show that lack of adequate warm-up is the major cause of workout injuries. If you’ve been to the gym for a month, you know what I’m talking about.

I told her everything I knew & asked her to warm-up the muscles by doing some very Basic exercises before starting her day.

Here is what happened…

a) Its been 7 days she’s didn’t complain about having any sort of pain.(which forced me to share this with ya).

b) Mom started lecturing my dad on warming up the body before starting the day.😅

It’s not that mom’s don’t know this, But their focus is all over the place.
Wouldn’t that be amazing if all wonderful mommies starts enjoying their time instead of worrying about those endless pains?

Tell her, You have all the power on earth to kick that misery out of your mom’s life. This worked for my mom & I am sure this might help your momy too.

Vignan.
